L'appartamento si trova a soli 300 metri dal Lago di Garda. Nelle vicinanze ci sono molti negozi e centri commerciali.
C'è anche un giardino privato.

Aperto tutto l'anno, anche durante i mesi invernali! Punto di partenza perfetto per le piste da sci nelle vicinanze, i mercati di Natale e le più belle località del Trentino.
Riva del Garda è ad 1km e Trento a 30km. Facilmente raggiungibile dal casello autostradale e dalle stazioni ferroviarie di Trento e Rovereto o dalla stazione degli autobus di Riva del Garda.
L'appartamento GARDA THERMAE (SPA) è di circa 100 metri quadrati ed è composto da due ampie camere da letto, un angolo cottura con lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, macchina per caffè espresso, soggiorno con TV e divano letto con due posti letto ed, eventualmente, culla. Bagno con mobili in marmo, asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro, ecc.

Die Wohnung zeichnet sich durch eine exklusive Einrichtung aus und verfügt über jeden Komfort, der den Gästen das Leben sofort erleichtert: sie verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Geschirr, Kissen, Decken, Tagesdecken und Federbetten. Leintücher und Handtücher stehen gegen ein Entgelt von 12€ pro Person und Aufenthalt zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend außerhalb der verkehrsreichen Landstraßen. Balkon mit Ausblick auf die umgebenden Berge und auf die Schwimmbad der Thermae.
Der Privatparkplatz ist der Wohnung gegenüber.
Die Wohnung ist nur 300 Meter von Gardasee weit. In der Nahe gibt es viele Geschaefte.
Es gibt auch ein privater Garten.
Im Preis ist die Heizung nicht inbegriffen.

Riva del Garda liegt 1 Km entfernt, und Trento 30 Km. Leicht zu erreichen von der Autobahnausfahrt von Trento und von Rovereto, aber auch von den Bahnhöfen von Trento und Rovereto, oder auch von den Busbahnhöfen von Riva del Garda .
Die Wohnung GARDA SPA ist ca. 100 qm groß und besteht aus zwei großen Schlafzimmern, Kochnische mit Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Espresso-Maschine, Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und Schlafcouch mit zwei Schlafplätzen, und eventuell Kinderbett.
